Thermocouple Extension Wire is a cable designed to extend thermocouple signals and can be used in a variety of thermocouple types including Type K, Type N, Type E, Type J, Type T, Type B, Type R, and Type S. It plays a key role in temperature measurement and control applications.

Thermocouple Extension Wire is designed to transmit thermocouple signals from the measurement point to an instrumentation or control system for accurate temperature measurement and monitoring. This cable uses thermocouple wires made of two different metals to form a thermocouple loop, and the temperature value is determined by measuring the temperature difference between the two contacts. Its special structure and material selection ensure good linear characteristics and stability to accurately capture and transmit weak thermocouple voltage signals.
